RE/MAX of Indiana
- Established in 1987, RE/MAX of Indiana has steadily grown to become one of the state's most trusted and proven real estate organizations.
- In April of 1981 I arrived in Indianapolis, Indiana as a new bride. Born and raised in Germany and having attended Law school there I now had to find a new career. After raising 2 lovely daughters and buying 2 homes in 10 years I decided to become a REALTOR in 1996. It soon became apparent that my contract knowledge, my skills in negotiating and my love for people had put me on the right track.
- I am a designated REALTOR member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS, the Indiana Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. All members of the National Association of REALTORS® are held to its strict Code of Ethics.
- A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
- My in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing.
- If you are looking for Knowledge, Experience, Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity, and Personal Service in a real estate agent, I posses it, I grew up with it.
- If your future requires counseling in the purchase or sale of real estate, past clients agree, and highly recommend you contact Sibylle 317-698-6258
- ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative In 2005 I earned the ABR designation by sharpening my skills and knowledge on how to serve my buyers better, find their needs and wants and make sure we do business in a professional and sufficient way.
- To earn a designation, a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
- The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
- Loyalty to clients;
- Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
- Cooperation with competitors;
- Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
